Our Job won last night the ‘Politics Postcard Battle’ at Café Dudok (Arnhem, The Netherlands) organized during the opening of the exhibition. Van der Molen worked for i.e. the Leeuwarder Courant, Tubantia and the VPRO guide. With his drawing about Burgers’ Zoo, which received the royal predicate, he surpassed great illustrators and cartoonists like TRIK, Hajo, Reid, Geleijnse & Tol (Fokke & Sukke) and Siegfried Wolthek. Job Congratulations!
The Drawing Room was asked to create five animations explaining the work of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) vested in the Peace Palace in The Hague (The Netherlands). The animation style is a combination of hand-drawn 2D and 3D CG. In the visitors center in The Hague you can watch these gems in ten different languages.
Sometimes our freelancers are booked and work in-house on Media Markt and Saturn commercials at Marco Klein and Partners. In this case we were asked to take on the complete 2D production from sketch to final.
