Hieronymus has it’s own Facebook page and last night we passed the 8.000 fans landmark. Heart warming that we get so much support from you! Thank you! Makes working in the middle of the night worthwhile. With this positive vibe The Drawing Room is sure Hieronymus will be an unforgettable animation feature.
For Nike Running The Netherlands we helped with a photo retouching job. Can you recognize the location? It’s under the bridge in the Vondelpark, Amsterdam.
The Drawing Room was asked by media company Telescreen to create fresh concept character designs for Pinkeltje. PINKELTJE is a fictional character and appeared in 29 books by award-winning Dutch author Dick Laan (1894-1973) PINKELTJE can talk to all animals, is adventurous, is always ready to lend a hand, travels a lot, solves mysteries and often ends up in a situation where he might be discovered by humans.

Every person has a grandmother. Unfortunately the grandmother of The Drawing Room’s producer and agent Jiek Weishut passed away years ago. Grandmother Mies Bloch was a talented artist, illustrator and painter without the use of fancy software. Part of her work she was known for were her cross stitch designs which were also published. With great pleasure we can announce now that you don’t have to go to a museum to see her work. Oilily the world known Dutch brand for colourful clothing and necessities used Oma Mies her designs and made 10 bags and 4 purses. Go to their webshop and search for ‘Dutch Glory’. …or check out the work by clicking on Mies Bloch. Of course if you want a license too just contact Jiek.
